Revisions in version 1.12.0:
  • NEW: Backup encryption - when creating backups Logbook Pro will prompt you to protect the backup (.BAK file) with a password. When restoring a password protected .BAK file you will be prompted for the password to proceed with restoring. This adds important security to your confidential logbook data preventing other Logbook Pro users on a shared computer from restoring and viewing your data. Passwords are optional, leave the password field blank to skip setting a password. Passwords are case sensitive. For more information click here to view the documentation on creating backups.
  • IMPROVED: When clicking ALL DATA on the bottom left of the date filter dialog the end date internally will now use a date significantly in the future so any future flights (schedule imported) will be included in the results.
  • IMPROVED: Overall user-interface touched up, menu's refined, images refreshed, currency area improved...
  • FIXED: Issue in the block time editor related to calculating duration from input values.
Installation/Upgrade Instuctions:
  • Backup your data file by clicking File..Backup
  • If you are using Logbook Pro 1.10.43 or later simply click Help...Check for Updates from within Logbook Pro or using the Start/Programs/Logbook Pro/Check for Updates system.
  • If you are using a version OLDER than 1.10.43 or you are NOT notified of an update and you're not using 1.12.0 - uninstall Logbook Pro from the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs (or Programs & Features if Vista/7). Your data and registration/activations are NOT affected by software uninstall/reinstall. AFTER Logbook Pro has been uninstalled, click here to download the 1.12.0 installer. Save to your hard drive and then double-click to launch the installer.
