After upgrading to LBP 1.10.xx are we supposed to remove singlesync? And if so, what is the best way to do that?

SingleSync should have been uninstalled in the process of installing 1.10.23 and/or running Logbook Pro. If it was not, simply go to your Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs area and uninstall SingleSync there.
