I'd propose adding another category for endorsements - tailwheel, complex, high performance, high altitude, etc.
Also, I'd propose that the entry method provide a pull-down menu to define the type of entry rather than free form.
For example, under Certificates the pull down would have entries for Student, Private, Commercial and, ATP.
Other pull-downs might be appropriate such as category and class for certificates.
