Is there a way to show SE and ME times in the spreadsheet style?

No, the log areas are for logging time, not for viewing it, per se. Having ASEL/AMEL times are redundant and not necessary as the Category/Class...times are taken from the Options..Aircraft configuration area. To view these times, use the reports (Jeppesen), Analyzer, etc.
