If you're using Logbook Pro 1.9.9 then you'll need SingleSync 6.1.3. However, I invite you to use Logbook Pro 1.10 which is now in public beta which uses as new PDA Wizard which is easier to use and more powerful than SingleSync, which we are phasing out with the 1.10 release of Logbook Pro. Please read our latest newsletter for more information.
