After using update wizzard Logbook pro does not open

When opening logbookpro I received a message stating that I needed to update logbookpro. I ran the wizzard. Now I cannot open logbookpro. Any suggestions?

Hello @cwc,

Make sure you're signed in to OneDrive in Windows as if you're not it could lock the files located in the /Documents area which include Logbook Pro's data file.

For assistance you need to contact us via the support help desk.

Please send me the latest .OLD file located in:

My Documents/My Logbook Pro Files/v1
 
Thanks for the reply Neal. I submitted a ticket with the "Old" files attached. I am signed into OneDrive.
