Changing import times from local to ZULU

The importer isn't capable of doing that. APDL however can display your flights in UTC, Logbook, or local. While on the log page just change it from local to UTC. On the Palm based unit it is located at the top center of each logpage. If you are using Pocket PC the timzone setting is located near the bottom of the screen.
