Currency Errors

I have this error and I can't find the problem in my logbook. Any help on where to narrow down my search?

It doesn't know the date for the items, review the Currency configuration in Logbook Pro Desktop. If you need help shoot a backup to support@nc-software.com. Run the Currency Report in Logbook Pro and you should see the same type of info, no dates.

Hmm. Interesting. I have a similar issue. My logbook pro is on my laptop (Toshiba) and all is well currency wise. However my new Iphone (5s) does not show my currency correctly fresh app etc. I recently added a type rating and added my sim time via my laptop. I syncd my laptop to the cloud and I syncd the phone to the cloud. My summary bar totals are off as well. So somehow data is not transferring. Knowledge base explains the PDA family etc... But my understanding of the knowledge base is that the summary info should be up to date right? When I had my android I didn't have these issues at all. So... ?

Found the problem. I simply deleted the app and re-installed. Worked out great.
