Custom Report (CSV)

I use this report to enter into my logbook, but as of late, when I switched to from Palm to PPC, the data I get out of it is completely useless. I checked the boxes of the info I wanted in the wizard, but it comes outincomplete and jumbled. HELP!!!

Hello,

Are you using SingleSync to generate reports or our web utility? Please provide details as complete as you can, samples of data, anything that will help us help you in minimum time.

I have used both the web utility and the Singlesync. With SingleSync, I can get the HTML pages, but I want to use the custom report because there are columns that I need that aren't there on the HTML and vice versa. I will email you a sample.
