Importing Chautauqua

I have tried several ways to import my schedule from CHQ. I am sure it is me. I tried to use the format from the help file but it still will not work. It keeps telling me to check format can not import all data.

This appears to be a different format then what we currently have for CHQ. Please fill out a support ticket here: http://www.nc-software.com/supportrequest.aspx

We can add this filter for you. Please include several examples with deadheads and loss days and anything else that happens at CHQ that is not standard.

Also, in what you pasted, a lot of spaces appear to be missing between things like the departure and destination. When you paste it, make sure it looks like how you receive it.

We use Crew Trac to get our schedules. i was just copying mine to the importer. Is this not the right way?
