Instructor Sign Off question

I use Logbook pro as my only log and do not have paper copies (private pilot). What do you do if you need an instructor sign off?

As per previous discussions, I think most people format an endorsement or sign-off form on a word processor, get the required signature on that, and keep it with the paper copy of your logbook.
