If you used the Sync Wizard to create a clone for use on another computer, it must be sync'd prior to performing the update. If you are unfamiliar with what I'm talking about then you have not created a clone and can proceed with the update.
You need to activate all products. If you intend to sync APDL to Logbook Pro, both APDL and Logbook Pro need to be activated. It's a one time requirement. Logbook Pro should already be activated, so simply activating your APDL registration with Logbook Pro should be all you need.
