Most likely your data file has become bloated if you haven't optimized your data file per our newsletter article which should be done every few months. Find your data file which ends in .LBK typically located in your /Documents/My Logbook Pro Files/v1 folder and ZIP compress it as the file is likely large. Login to the help desk and create a support ticket. If the file is too large to attach you'll need to use a file sharing service such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. and send us a link to access the file. We'll optimize it for you and send it back.
