I have purchased an unlock code for my Palm 700W and it will not unlock the program. Is there a difference in the code for Palm and Windows.

Yes, Palm and Windows Mobile are licensed separately. Here is the way to identify the code to product relationship:

01-07-xxxx = Logbook Pro Palm Companion
01-08-xxxx = Logbook Pro Pocket PC Companion
01-09-xxxx = APDL Palm OS
01-10-xxxx = APDL Pocket PC
