Bought Route mapper yesterday and need a registration code. Will I recieve it some time today?

If you purchased from our online store you should have immediately been presented your registration code on screen to print as well as received an e-mail of the order with your registration code as a courtesy copy. You can login to the My Account area, view prior invoices which will contain your registration codes. If you require further assistance, please submit a help desk ticket and we'll get your contact info and research your order.

Can't log into help desk. when i go to login it says invalid username.
If you have not registered for a free help desk account, please follow the register link, otherwise use the forgot password link. Or simply e-mail sales AT nc-software.com
