We do not include sample pairings any more, if you are having a problem with use of the schedule importer and have tried both the Windows and Web importer, please submit a support ticket and include samples of your trip data which may require a filter update if the format has changed.
I submitted a ticket in December for a problem with the Northwest import and there is still no update on the online or the PC based importer. Not to complain, but are you doing anything at all with the tickets. The importer hasn't been updated in nearly a year!!!
