Signature Shows Up On All But Jeppesen Style

Ive followed the directions and my signature shows up on all the reports with the exception of the one Im trying to use...the Jeppesen style. Thoughts?

I suggest using only the Split-Report series, other reports for the flight log are older and phasing out.

Now for some reason its no longer working for those either Worked the first time.
