Transfer License

I'm thinking of switching to a PPC and understand I have to purchase a new license (since I have Palm now). If I don't like the feel of the PPC after the APDL trial expires, can I transfer (sell or give) my license to another person? What would be the process?

Our licenses are not transferable, please refer to the end-user license agreement (EULA):

Grant. NC Software grants to Licensee a nontransferable, nonexclusive, perpetual license to use the Software solely on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
