Using fields and adjusting logbook settings

Neal,

I just bought your Logbook Pro software and am having some real problems with using the fields. First off, I disabled Route of Flight in the Options Config Display window, yet when I type in my data in, it still asks for "Missing Route." Also, if I try to click either OK or CANCEL, it clears any of the data that I typed in.

Also, it sure would be nice to have control over all of the columns in the Config Display window. I fly several different tail numbers a day. The last thing I want to do is have to list them all. If you do not give us any options, however, then I will have to.

Please give me some guidance here. Thank you.

Hello,

The minimum required columns are: Date, Type, Ident, Route, and Duration (or SIM). If the data doesn't apply, enter "N/A" or something similar to meet the minimum entry requirements.

Sure would be nice to have a little more control over the settings than that in future revisions.
