Ability to filter on special text fields in Spreadsheet, Analyzer and Reports

Per my support thread.

I'd like to be able to filter logbook data based on a user-defined text field. This would allow me to see for example, how many times I flew with a particular crewmember or how many times I flew a particular approach at a certain airport (eg ILS 29 vs just ILS)
