ADPL Aircraft and FRJ

I am trying to add new airplane equipment in the "aircraft lists" section but it will NOT let me add anything. Suggestions. I'm running the latest version. Also, what exactly is "the FRJ box for"..

Please submit this on a support ticket at the help desk. Please also indicate which PDA OS you are running APDL on (Palm or Pocket PC).
