Airport Notes - Manual says 40 Lines. Only 6 here

the airport notes section of the manual says that it can hold 40 lines of airport notes per airport. So far I am maxing out at about 6 lines. My palm gives a beep anytime I add more than about 80 characters and wont let me add any more items.
