I'm reviewing the data file you sent in now.
This one was almost got me! 
Problems like this are typically caused by a date input error, and that's exactly what it is here. Notice all of your 2004 flights (end of list in the Spreadsheet Style Log). You have many flights entered using a date (year) that hasn't occurred yet!
