cannot save, cannot update, cannot get started

d/l mac file, d/l jet file, uninstall logbook reinstall logbook, program shuts down when i try to update or save --- reinstall does not ask for my install code-- unintalled 3x , using even win explo to delete data files. ready to give up and buy ready to use software -- going on 26 hr straight. xppro

Is this issue still open? Most likely the data file is corrupt. Delete any/all .LBK files to start from scratch again. Fill out a support request at www.logbookpro.com for further assistance if required.
