Currency Report Not Updating

I just entered three landings in my logbook for 1/27/2010, but the currency report for VFR Day still shows as "Expired." Explanation?
 
I am unable to send you a backup copy. When I click on the NC Software Help Desk link, I get a message that "The Service is Unavailable."
