Have you reviewed your legality report from the Status area? It's hard to help troubleshoot as there are a lot of dependencies on how you setup your app per your airline, regs/agreements, etc. It's best to learn how to understand what APDL is showing you and the various reports are there to help you. Also tap the note icon at the top right of your screenshot.
Maybe since i was scheduled for 6 hours 20 minutes for the day.. I only had 10 minute cushion left for 60/168 .. and that 10 minute difference gets subtracted from the possible 2 hour extension.. does that sound correct?
