How do you use the 121 and 135 functions?
When I enter time in LBP on the desktop, how does it know that it's under part 121?

FAR 121 and 135 Features

Logbook Pro does not have a way at this time to delineate FAR 121 and FAR 135 flights if you fly mixed FAR flights. The system is designed more for those that fly specifically FAR 121, as an example. We'll have this improved in the next release. For "pure" FAR 121 numbers Airline Pilot's Daily Aviation Logbook is recommended.
