8mo. of no problem use, and now for some reason it has gone back in to trial version. Oh, andand its holding my entire logbook hostage!
I went back on to the site and got my user name and keycode off the my account page and it's telling me that I need to buy a new one.
please help.......
Most likely you've had something affect your registry such as anti-spyware/security software and the area containing your former registration data cannot be located. You can simply re-enter your issued unlock code to unlock the software. If you don't have this information, go to the "My Account" area of the Online Store to view your past orders which contain your registration information on the lower portion of the invoices.
