How would I set up this pay situation?

My company pays a flat 5 hours of flight pay for standups (CDO). How can I set this up in APDL payroll categories?

Abe,

Try the following settings it should get you close. Dependnig on your rigs they may conflict some. The standup-CDO pay category should be used for both CDO legs.

Standup/CDO Pay...

OK...now our CDO/Standup pay has changed. How would I set this up?

We now get paid 2:1 of scheduled duty time for CDO's. In other words, if the duty/tafb is 12 hours, we get paid for 6.

If I check "apply rig" in payroll categories for the Standup, it gives me a credit of 2 times the scheduled block time. What I need is the credit to be one-half of the scheduled duty time (or TAFB).

Try the following.

(Toward Guarantee: Standup- COD) Pay uses the duty time and pays you the higher of the total block or 1/2 of the duty time. Also known as high speeds or continuous duty trips.
