Invalid File, please try again

I get this error Invalid File, please try again when I try to start the software?? Has anyone seen this and how do I fix.

It sounds like your computer has experienced some type of corruption. Please submit a support ticket and include a zip file with your latest data file (ends in .LBK) and we'll make sure your data is intact.
