Knowledgebase article 13: How do I transfer Logbook Pro to a new computer?

"To transfer your license you can backup your Logbook Pro data on the old computer (File..Archive..Backup) then restore it to the new computer after downloading and installing Logbook Pro, available from our web site. Verify your data then uninstall Logbook Pro on the old computer to release your license activation. Activate Logbook Pro on the new computer with your issued name/unlock code pair, and e-mail address."

What if your old computer crashed/was stolen/is otherwise unavailable and you are thus unable to uninstall Logbook Pro from it? What do you do then to activate the software on your new computer?
