Laptop to PC

I have just installed logbook pro on my laptop and my home PC, how can I (sync) if you will, the data that I enter on either on to the other, I can see myself using the laptop on my trips and will need to keep the PC up to date as well. I also have a wireless network here at home. Thanks David
