Answered Logbook Pro missing

Three requests for service have NOT been answered, even though I categorized two of them as Critical. Maybe someone at NC Software is paying attention to this thread....Logbook Pro is missing from my laptop. How do I reinstall?

I have never had anything other than lightning fast responses from the NC Software Help Desk, Neal, and Eric.. And I just finally got my logbook up to date and actually logged my flights today that synced seamlessly from my Android to my Logbook Pro Desktop. AWESOME PRODUCTS!
