New computer can't install

I recently upgraded my computer, but I am unable to install any of the APDL products (APDL, SingleSync, Schedule Importer). The install appears to stop after attempting to download something. The following is a typical event log entry that is created after the install fails:

The application, C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\DAN\MY DOCUMENTS\My Downloads\APDLScheduleImporterSetup.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 03/07/2006 @ 11:57:34.867 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 00419862 (APDLScheduleImporterSetup)

I did try to install with my firewall turned off, just in case it was preventing a download, but I got the same results.

Hello,

This is really outside the scope of our product support as the issue is most likely with your PC configuration. However, ensure you have all the latest Windows Updates and you have administrative permissions, i.e. no restrictions on installing software. They re-download and retry the installation.
