Hi,
I assume you are talking MGOent. Make sure you are choosing the MGOent. Old World or Universal templates. Depending on your printer, you may need to adjust your margin settings to fine tune the layout. Please read the included documentation on printing (Help...Contents) for more information. You may need to set duplex alignment and also use the cover page option to get the pages to print front/back.
Some people export reports to Adobe PDF, then use Adobe Acrobat for better print control. You can also use FinePrint 5 from www.fineprint.com for expanded print options as well.
I recommend working out the layout details on plain white paper before using purchased MGOent. paper.
