Resolved cant log into apdl.net

i can't log into apdl.net
when i use the forgot password button, i get the email to successfully reset my password.
when i use the new password - apdl.net still says password is incorrect.
ive reset the password 3 times and all 3 new password won't log into apdl.net

Hello,

Go to https://nc-software.com/login and try to login, if unable, use the forgot password link. Once you can login to nc-software.com then use the same email and password to login to APDL.net. We don't use usernames, only email/passwords.

It appears that the nc-software forums and nc-software accounts are use two different login-schemes - i have now gotten into apdl.net - but the email/password for apdl.net and nc-software doesn.t work for nc-software forums.

but now that i made the email/password for apdl.net and nc-software the same for nc-software forums, the same e-mail/password works for all three.

That is correct, the forums is a separate system. Help desk is separate as well. APDL.net shares with NC-SOFTWARE.com.
