Online Update not working?

Says I need to register to use Online Update?
I thought it was included when we purchased logbook pro.
 
The online update service is down. I have contacted InstallShield, naturally being Sunday, it's going to take a day to respond/resolve. Please disregard that message in the interim.

Correction: InstallShield simply changed the management page on me and didn't notify us so it wasn't down. Let me know if you continue to have problems, you can check the 'Update Manager' in the windows control panel and make sure you have updating enabled, etc.

Correction to the Correction. The update service is down, has been since they did an update this past weekend (InstallShield) and they think they have the bug found and should correct it in the next few hours (I hope).
