Pay Computation: Scheduled vs. Actual

We do not have any trip, leg or TAFB rigs. While we do have a monthly min pay guarantee and are paid for actual flight time, the payroll function in APDL is computing pay credit based on scheduled versus actual. Example: a 5:20 scheduled leg ends up being -20 minutes under block but the pay credit still shows 5:20 credit. Is this a function of the monthly or daily minimum pay guarantee or am I missing something in the Airline or Payroll settings? These legs are using the default Block type.
