Apply leg rig set to 1:1 is redundant. 1:1 is the same as the switch being turned off.
Leg rig would be used for a certain type of payroll category that is paid at a different percentage of the base pay rate. A common example would be if your airline pays deadhead legs at 50% or 75% of normal flights. Or if you get 200% pay for flights on your day off.
