Pocket Access

I'm having problems syncing my iPAQ and feel certain it has to do with Pocket Access. I have an iPAQ 3955 and, although Pocket Access shows on ActiveSync, it is unchecked. My guess is that I don't actually have the program and Compaq support isn't any help. Anyone know where I can get Access? Is it really necessary? I do have my aircraft and other data in the pda so there must have been a sync of sorts. LBP on the desktop just never sees new data in the queue. Thanks.

I think that there are a lot of us with the same problem. Will have to wait for Neil, I guess, unless someone out there has a resolution for us.
