Problem with Reports - does not print entries that have zero time...

Hi all,

I came up with what I thought was a good solution to the lack of a "Flight Training Device" field in LBPro. I added a custom field, and turned off the "error checking" feature so that I could enter a total duration for the flight of zero (i.e. FTD does not add to my total time), and still log the flight training device time as it is necessary for ratings and currency.

However, I just found out that when I print a report (this time using the Jeppesen Standard form as I've switched logbooks), the report does not print any of my FTD entries. I assume that the report must only be printing fields where total duration > 0...

Is there any way around this?

Phil,

Please create a backup (File..Archive..Backup) of your logbook data file and e-mail the BAK file to support. Include the exact instructions of what to run (which report) etc and we'll certainly take a look at it to see if it's "as designed" or a issue needed attention.

For the record, this was user error on my part, discovered when I tried to recreate the problem and write the steps down for Paul ~
