Bug Report Schedule Importer Causes Loss of Data

After using the schedule importer to load my August schedule into APDL, it automatically tried to replace my out/in times for a completed trip earlier in July. When it did this, I lost my on/in and tail fields for every leg in that trip. There wasn't an option to prevent changing this trip in the import dialog. Also, it immediately synced so I could not go back and replace device with cloud data.
I'm sorry to hear this! We are working on the new schedule importer functionality to resolve issues such as this. If you would like us to restore your data back to the point just prior to the August schedule import please contact support@nc-software.com and provide the restore point you want to go back to. APDL data is backed up at 0100 and 1300 Eastern every day so we can go to an AM or PM restore point on any date for you if desired.
