Sync issues

I opened my app today and I keep getting sync failed. Ive been connected to my wifi and then my mobile provider. Both indicate sync failed.

Another issue, I've been trying to import trips from Air Wisconsin and I have to use the computer to do it. If I try to use the app, it shows all my start dates as the current date. loading 4 trips on the same day. I cant figure out how to edit the dates prior to importing the trip. a typical Air Wisconsin paring looks like this and works fine when using the PC.

Are you able to login to http://nc-software.com/MyAccount - if you can't sync it could be an account issue. Contact support for assistance with that if needed further. For schedule importer issue, as your trip data does not have a date it is set to today's date. You should use ONLY the APDL.net schedule importer and set your trip start date and then you can import to the app.

You should use ONLY the APDL.net schedule importer and set your trip start date and then you can import to the app.

I have no issues logging into either site. My subscription shows it expires 1 year from today which I don't think is correct. I have no option to buy more subscriptions. It says NA.

The way Air Wisconsin does it, you log into your current months schedule then press print. I copied that and pasted it. The trip is displayed with days of the month, not month and then day.

I deleted your screenshot above so others don't see it, ironically I should have looked at it closer because from what I see your APDL subscription is expired per http://nc-software.com/MySubscriptions - I'll see why you are not showing that in the app. You can renew at APDL - Airline Pilot Logbook App for FAR 117

As to the schedule importer issue you'll have to import on APDL.net only. We have a case in the tracker to handle this app side like we did in the Palm version when the processor can't pickup a date so it has to choose something so it sets today. Not ideal, the moral is you have to do this online only.

Okay, I updated it using the website and my sync function came back. Thanks. It usually prompts me in the app and I update through the App Store. I've never seen the NA next to purchase. Thanks for looking into it.

It's because it's a beta, in-app purchases won't work. I'll see why your expiration wasn't correct, probably again related to our beta flag in the app which needs to be resolved.
