sync problem?

im on day 2 of a 4 day trip and wanted to sync the first day of the trip into logbook pro from apdl. used the "new apdl flights" but it did not put the trips into logbook pro. do i have to wait untill i finish the trip before syncing the trip into logbook pro. is this normal or is this a problem with apdl/logbook pro

Please make sure you saved the logpage in APDL and exit the program. If you are Pocket PC user make sure you Tap OPTIONS EXIT prior to syncing your device.

You do not need to complete an entire trip before syncing. Please try chaging the date on or after
