I am looking to buy log book pro to use in order to rebuild my log books, which were lost in Hurricane Katrina. If I plan on using the program on just on my laptop, is there a reason to buy the Log book Pro Professional?

I also use a Pocket PC. Does the Pocket PC application allow you to record all your information on your PDA then import to the PC application?

Thanks

Hello,

For use of one PC for one pilot logbook, the Standard Edition should be sufficient unless you require FAR 121 or FAR 135 features, otherwise the Professional Edition would be required.

The PDA Companions provide areas for data entry of Certificates, Ratings, History, and Flight Log data, then sync this information to the PC edition of Logbook Pro.
