Try uninstalling Logbook Pro, reboot, rename C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro to C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro-OLD then install 1.10.23. Make sure your .LBK (data) file is located on your local hard drive, not removable or optical media. As always, make a backup of your data file prior to upgrading software.
