1.10.23 Crashing Upon Startup

Program loads, then the update wizard dialog box appears. I select 'run the update', or 'run the synchronization wizard' and the program crashes.

Try uninstalling Logbook Pro, reboot, rename C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro to C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro-OLD then install 1.10.23. Make sure your .LBK (data) file is located on your local hard drive, not removable or optical media. As always, make a backup of your data file prior to upgrading software. If you require further assistance, please submit a support ticket and include either/or a ZIP copy of your .LBK file or your recent .BAK file.

Neil,

Thanks for the support. The registry entries were key to resolving the problem. I have always backed up my logbook over a network, something which I will now stop doing.
