1.7 installation question

Is it possible to install 1.7 over a previous version or do I need to uninstall the old version first? If necessary to uninstall the previous version how do I protect the existing log entries? Thank you for your help

It is always recommended to uninstall the old version first. Uninstalling does NOT touch your registration OR existing data files, they do not get removed, only the core program software.

Uninstalling should be accomplished from the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs area.

After uninstalling, install the new build, and Logbook Pro will be just like where you left off.
