When launching 1.9.6, loading is normal - sort of. The title screen comes up, then disappears, and the program tab appears in the taskbar. That's it. Clicking on the program tab does not restore the application to the screen. I've tried the 'repair' function, and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the entire application. For kicks, I disabled as many of my startup programs as possible, leaving only two that I know the OS uses.
