NC Software is excited to announce the new APDL Export feature on APDL.net. This new feature allows APDL users to export their APDL flights to import into any logbook product such as Logbook Pro using Logbook Pro's Import Wizard. The APDL Export system is powerful allowing the APDL user to filter by date ranges, specify if By Leg (recommended) or By Day data collation, include deadheads, and if using By Leg you can also create a template for a custom remarks column. The system is easy to use and will export to either TAB delimited text files or Comma Separated Value (CSV). A default Logbook Pro Import Wizard "template" (.map file) is available for download which you can further customize per your needs and save for reuse.

To learn how to use the Logbook Pro Import Wizard click here.

Backup your Logbook Pro data prior to importing by clicking File...Backup to File/Cloud. It is also suggested to export small date ranges not greater than a year as large date ranges will be slower to export as well as import.

The APDL Exporter allows every airline pilot to use APDL as their preferred FAR 117 airline pilot logbook app along with any desktop product on any platform of their choosing. Logbook Pro Desktop's next update will also include an automated system to import APDL data when it releases in the future.

If you have any questions on the use of the APDL Exporter please create a new thread on this forum for assistance or contact support via the NC Software Help Desk.

You will also see new APDL.net reporting where we have the resumes complete and will continue to add more reports and other exciting features already in the works. APDL.net is the hub of all airline pilots using APDL with further cloud enabled features.

If you're an airline pilot and have not yet tried out APDL you can do so from the Apple App Store and start your FREE 90 DAY TRIAL. We also recommend all APDL users join our public beta program to use our latest build of the very soon to release APDL version 8.

Thank you for your patience for those waiting for this exciting capability.
