Can I load a .lbk file?

My old laptop crashed and somehow I didn't have a .bak file but I was able to retrieve a .lbk file. Is there a way to load this file or convert it so I can capture all my old data?

Hello,

When Logbook Pro starts up it will present a dialog: NEW, OPEN, RESTORE. Choose the Open option.
